Assoc. Dr. Orhan Albayrak works as an Academician at many universities. Assoc. Prof. was born in Arsin/Trabzon in 1960. Dr. Albayrak completed primary, secondary and high school in Erzurum; He received his undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering. He completed his master's degree at Istanbul Technical University Control and Computer Department, University of Florida and Marmara University Modern Business Management Program. He is currently continuing his doctoral studies at Sabahattin Zaim University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. He worked as a researcher at TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center between 1982 and 1984, and took part in a network project that lasted one and a half years at the University of Florida in the USA. He served as a council member, professional commission chairman, education committee chairman and member of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Commerce University at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a member of AER (Assembly of European Regions) and Red Crescent, as Chairman of the FGA Foundation Board of Trustees, and as a member of the BBBSK High Advisory Board. He is a partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PAL Enerji A.Ş. Assoc. Dr. Albayrak's academic interests include electronics and communications engineering, the relationship between society and politics, new social movements and digital democracy. In his doctorate, he examined the participation levels of Turkey's political party members and their attitudes towards intra-party democracy. In addition, he took an active role in projects that employed approximately 20 thousand people and was selected as the world's first in the World Chambers of Commerce Project Competition in Malaysia. Assoc. Dr. Orhan Albayrak; It carries out technical feasibility, system design and infrastructure suitability evaluations of projects developed in the fields of electronics and communications engineering. He takes part in the Scientific Board of our innovation center in the monitoring, technical conformity approval and audit processes of electronic systems, communication technologies and advanced engineering projects.
