Mr. Yasin Uluhan, Chairman of the European Confederation of Science Education, Health and Culture (AKON), participated in the meaningful event organized by Bitlis Tatvan Hizan Federation. The program, which was organized with the aim of keeping Bitlis' ancient culture, social solidarity and traditional values ​​alive, took place with intense participation and a sincere atmosphere. Mr. Uluhan, who came together with associations, opinion leaders, business people and NGO representatives within the Federation, emphasized his close interest and affection for the region.
