AKON Türkiye - Social Innovation

A Meaningful Visit to AKON Headquarters from the Konya Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (KONSİAD-KONSİFED) Chairman Kemal Çelik and his accompanying board members visited our AKON Headquarters recently. KONSİAD, which gathers business people operating in different sectors of Türkiye under its roof, aimed to exchange information about AKON's fields of activity and vision with this visit. AKON Chairman Mr. Yasin Uluhan hosted the visit. During the mutual meetings, the projects carried out by the two institutions to contribute to the Turkish economy and social development, cooperation opportunities and common working areas were discussed in detail. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of Konya industrialists in regional development and AKON's international cooperation networks. In his speech during the visit, Mr. Kemal Çelik said, "The work carried out by AKON in line with its vision and mission makes significant contributions to the economic and social development of Turkey. As business people from Konya, we aim to develop more concrete projects at both regional and national levels by increasing our cooperation with such strong institutions." Chairman Yasin Uluhan said, "We are very happy to be together with the valuable managers of the Konyalı Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association. We believe that our collaborations in line with our common goals will create new opportunities for both our region and our country. I would like to thank them for their kind visit and hope that our cooperation will continue to increase." The visit ended after mutual gifts were exchanged and a souvenir photo was taken. This meaningful contact between #AKON and #KONSİAD is expected to pave the way for various joint projects in the coming period.
