Hilmi Aydin; He works as assistant director at Bakırköy Rıfat Ilgaz District Public Library. As a researcher and writer, he works with many institutions and carries out projects. Born in Kars in 1963, Hilmi Aydın graduated from Kars Imam Hatip High School in 1982 and Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Art History in 1986. He completed his master's degree at the same university. Hilmi Aydın, who was appointed as a Museum Researcher at Topkapı Palace in 1990, worked as deputy director at Edirne Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism for six months between 2005-2006. He was appointed as the Director of the Istanbul No. 1 KVKB Board in 2006, and as the Deputy Director of the Topkapı Palace Museum on July 10, 2007, and remained in this position until 2013. In 2013, he was appointed as Istanbul KVKB Manager No. 2, and in 2017 he was appointed as Istanbul KVKB Manager No. 4. His articles and notifications appeared in various magazines and publications, and his books titled Cardigan-i Saadet Daire and Sacred Relics, Weapons of the Sultans, Topkapı Palace in Illustrated Documents and Sacred Relics were published. Hilmi Aydın; It carries out scientific and content evaluations of projects developed in the fields of literature, culture, museology, art history, history and archaeology. He takes part in the Scientific Board of our Innovation Center in the monitoring, compliance approval and audit processes of cultural innovation and technology-based projects.
