Prof. Dr. Sefa Bulut currently works at Ibn Haldun University. Having completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Languages ​​and History and Geography, Department of Psychology, Prof. Dr. Bulut completed his master's and doctoral studies at the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department at Oklahoma State University, USA. He worked as a research and teaching assistant at this university, worked at the Multicultural Development and Assessment Center (MDAC) department of the same university, and served as a consultant at the Oklahoma Technical Assistance Center (OTAC). He worked as a military and trauma psychologist at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, and worked at the Guidance and Psychological Counseling department of Abant İzzet Baysal University for many years; He served as the head of the department, as a member of the journal publication coordinator, and as the Erasmus and Farabi coordinator. Dr. Sefa Bulut; It carries out scientific and ethical evaluations of projects developed in the fields of mental health, trauma psychology, multicultural counseling, psychological assessment and development, especially psychology, guidance and psychological counseling. He takes an active role in project monitoring, academic compliance approval and audit processes in the Scientific Board of our innovation center.
