Earthquake Panel: Disaster Awareness was Discussed from the Perspective of Technical, Scientific, Sufi and State Incentives. In the panel held with the participation of experts in the field, the earthquake phenomenon was discussed with its technical, scientific, mystical and economic aspects. Speakers; In the light of scientific data, they comprehensively evaluated many issues from earthquake preparation processes to building safety, from urban planning to disaster psychology, from the moral resistance of the society to the role of local governments and state supports. The panel also discussed the incentive mechanisms offered by the state against disasters, disaster insurance practices, urban transformation supports and economic preparation strategies of local governments. In this context, economic solution suggestions for both citizens and public institutions were shared under topics such as: Pre-disaster building reinforcement supports, post-disaster reconstruction and housing aid, scope and dissemination of disaster insurance, financial models that include cooperation with the private sector.
