Expert Psychologist Bayram Ayaz currently continues his work in the fields of marriage, adult and adolescent counseling at Mana Therapy Consultancy. He applies cognitive-behavioral and existential psychotherapy approaches in his work. Bayram Ayaz, who completed his undergraduate education at Ankara University, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance, completed his master's degree with thesis in the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Gelişim University. He received various professional training in the field of mental health, participated in group therapy practices and provided consultancy services in rehabilitation centers. Ayaz, who carries out training and awareness activities under the title of "Self-Knowledge Workshop", teaches courses in the field of psychology at Istanbul University AUZEF. His articles have been published in many periodicals and he conducts research on the role of nature concepts in mental problems. Among his published works are the books titled Self in the Mirror of Mana (2015) and Virtual Addiction - Digital Diet Program (2018). Expert Psychologist Bayram Ayaz, who serves on the Scientific Board of our Akon Innovation Center; It carries out scientific, ethical and practical evaluations of projects developed in the fields of family counseling, marriage and adolescent psychology. As a member of the Scientific Board of our innovation center, he takes part in the monitoring, compliance approval and audit processes of innovation projects based on family structure, mental health, digital addiction and psychoeducation.
