Assoc. Dr. Ramazan Arıtürk is an academician and lawyer specializing in criminal law, public law and international law. He has no institutional or academic connection with Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Academic Education: He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences and Faculty of Law within the scope of a double major program. He received his master's and doctoral degrees at Marmara University Faculty of Law and received the title of associate professor after his academic studies. Academic and Professional Duties: He currently serves as a faculty member at Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law. He previously gave lectures at various higher education institutions such as Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Istanbul Medeniyet University, Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University and Kocaeli University. He carries out academic studies in the fields of criminal law and commercial law. Professional Activities: He continues his professional activities as a freelance lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He is the founding partner of Elmadağ Law and Consultancy Firm. He specializes in the fields of criminal law, public law, corporate law and tender-related crimes. Civil Society and Publications. He has undertaken duties at foundation and advisory board level in various non-governmental organizations. He has published books in the field of law within the scope of his academic studies. His prominent works include "Criminal Responsibility of Company Managers", "The Crime of Tender Rigging" and "Road Map of a Future Lawyer". Assoc. Dr. Ramazan Arıtürk; He undertakes legal compliance, ethical evaluation and legislative consultancy duties in the Akon Innovation Center Scientific Board within the scope of academic studies carried out in the fields of criminal law, public law and international law and the evaluation of judicial and corporate legal processes.
